2020 Polls: ASEPA petitions parliament to probe results

Civil Society Organisation ASEPA has petitioned parliament to thoroughly probe outcomes of 2020 general elections accusing the Electoral Commission of fundamental breaches, violations and discrepancies of the declared results.

According to ASEPA, although the presidential election travelled to the Supreme Court, the EC failed to fulfil its basic obligation of accountability to the Ghanaian voter when the 7-Member panel of judges presided over by the Chief Justice disallowed cross examination.
