2022 World Cup qualifier: Black Stars jets to South Africa for 2nd match

After what some Ghanaians calls shambolic performance from the BlackStars at the Cape Coast stadium yesterday, the Black Stars are leaving the Kotoka International Airport on Saturday to South Africa for their second group match on Monday.

The Black Stars opened the world cup qualifying campaign against Ethiopia at the Cape Coast Stadium yesterday, with Ghana winning by a goal to nil through Mubarak Wakasu 40yards screamer.

Many Ghanaians took to social media to register their anger and displeasure over awful performance from the Black Stars.

The coach CK Akonnor was not convinced with the Stars performance, but was extremely happy they got all three maximum points.

South Africa drew their first match against Zimbabwe and will be hoping to secure their first in the qualifier.

Meanwhile, Ghana is currently on top of the table with three points going into the second match with South Africa on Monday.
