JL Properties signs MoU to construct Pan African Heritage Museum

The physical construction of the Pan African Heritage Museum is to begin in August 2024 following a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed today Thursday, August 1 in Accra.

The MoU was signed between the Executive Board of the Museum led by Founder/Chairman Kojo Yankah and Dr. James Orleans Lindsay, CEO/Chairman of JL Properties, a leading Real Estate Developer in Ghana.

The first phase of the Museum Complex, which includes the Museum building, Herbal Plant Farm, Chalets, Heroes and Heroines Park, Palace of African Kingdoms, Children’s Playground, and a Food Court, is expected to be ready for commissioning in 2026.

Present at the signing ceremony were some directors of both companies and the Management of the African University College of Communications.

The construction will be funded through donations and grants. The digital version of the Museum is available on the website of the Museum @ www.pahmuseum.org
