China-Africa Development Cooperation and Africa Growth Solutions sign MoUs

China-Africa development cooperation has received a significant boost with the signing of two important Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between Africa Growth Solutions, a trade and investment advisory firm, and the China-Africa Commercial Affairs Center in Changsha, China.

The first MOU aims to forge strategic partnerships between China and African nations, focusing on investments in infrastructure, industrialization, technology and innovation, business development, market expansion, smart city initiatives, and educational and cultural exchanges.

The second MOU establishes a model partnership between Ghana and China, promoting a “total solutions approach” to economic development as well as cultural and diplomatic relations.

Akwasi Oppong-Fosu, president of Africa Growth Solutions, signed on behalf of the firm, while Jack Chan, Director of the China-Africa Commercial Affairs Center, signed on behalf of his organization.
