Akufo-Addo appoints Dr. Stephen Amoah as Deputy Finance Minister

Ghana’s President Akufo-Addo has appointed Dr. Stephen Amoah as Deputy Finance Minister. He replaces the late Dr. John Kumah who served as Deputy Finance Minister until his death. A statement signed and issued by Director of Communications at the presidency Eugene Arhin said “Dr. Stephen Amoah has been reassigned to serve as the Deputy Finance Minister whilst Achiase MP Hon. Kofi Ahenkorah Marfo has been appointed as Deputy Trade and Industry to fill the vacant position subject to the approval of Parliament of Ghana”.
