American Bible University honours Prophetess Mercy Coffie Kakpo
American Bible University in Houston, USA has honoured the Leader and Founder of Mesukkah Organisation Ministries International, Prophetess Mercy Coffie Kakpo for her exemplary leadership qualities, humanitarian services and divine activities at the Pentecost University at Sowutuom, an Accra suburb.
The renowned Pan-Africanist was among distinguished personalities whose contributions and the support to the needy through their respective ministries have caught the attention of the American Bible University.
Mama Mercy, affectionately called have adopted some orphanages by putting smiles on the faces of the needy through her generous works to support humanity.
Contributing her quota in the bid to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, the Prophetess has introduced a locally manufactured hand washing machine with the brand name “Auntie Aku System” as part of the effort to contain the virus from spreading.
The President of the American Bible University, Retired Army Captain Chaplain in an address urged people in leadership position to demonstrate a sense of integrity in every working endeavour and explained that it creates a system for others to observe them as role models in shaping society.
Dr. Olayinka Olubunmi-Williams, a high profile personality at the event also advised graduands and the citizenry to exhibit and uphold integrity in all aspects of their lives and challenged them to maintain the value and virtues of the said human quality and characteristics.
For her part, Prophetess Mercy Coffie Kakpo expressed her gratitude to the entire members of Mesukkah Organisations Ministries International for the affection and the honour bestowed on her.
“I further thank members of my family particularly my lovely husband, Apostle Justin Coffie who stood tirelessly with me in the course of the humanitarian and divine activities in reaching out to the vulnerable and the needy in society”, she said.
She therefore appealed to Christians to remain steadfast in the Lord and keep their faith and hope alive.
The American Bible University with its affiliates in Ghana annually awards students who have completed and excelled in their respective religious educational disciplines with associate certificates and includes Honorary Doctorate, Degree in Divinity, Doctorate Degree in Theology, Master’s Degree in Theology, Counselling, and Bachelor’s Degrees, among others.
