Anti-gay bill: new injunction to stop parliament filed at SC

Private citizen Dr. Amanda Odoi has filed for injunction at the Supreme Court to stop the Clerk of Parliament from forwarding the anti-gay bill to President Akufo-Addo for assent pending the determination substantive case at Ghana’s apex court. This injunction follows a matter filed by Media Practitioner and  a lawyer at the Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of the anti-gay bill passed by parliament.
