Assin North: Cape Coast High Court orders for bye-election

Cape Coast High Court has ordered for fresh election at Assin North Constituency over dual citizenship of the current MP James G. Quayson.

The court also ordered incumbent MP James G. Quayson not hold himself as a Member of Parliament for the area.
