Current judiciary has become too predictable –Justice Sophia Akuffo

Former Chief Justice of Ghana, Her Ladyship Justice Sophia Akuffo is expressing concern over some conducts of the Judiciary in handling cases.

According to her, the judicial process is not a political one hence the urgent need to be circumspect in dealing with cases involving politicians.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kasapa News’, the Learned Head of the Judiciary Sophia Akuffo noted that the judicial process is not a political one and so if something is going on and they are attacking it, it should be attacked on a procedural or substantive law basis rather than impression.
