Dr. Opoku Prempeh’s wife starts campaign in Odododiodoo

Mrs. Alma Naa Jama Opoku Prempeh, the wife of the NPP Vice-Presidential Candidate Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, began her political campaign in the Odododiodoo Constituency of the Greater Accra Region by visiting her maternal family home to seek their support. She was joined by prominent figures such as the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Nii Kwartei Titus Glover, and NPP regional and constituency executives.

During the visit, Mrs. Opoku Prempeh sought the blessings of her family elders to officially launch her campaign. The event was marked by traditional rites, heartfelt conversations with family members, and enthusiastic endorsement from party supporters in the constituency.

Nii Agyir Banor, the head of Alma’s maternal family, invoked the blessings of the ancestors for her campaign, emphasizing the importance of unity and unwavering support from family members. He praised Mrs. Opoku Prempeh’s loyalty, compassion, and leadership qualities, urging her to continue working closely with her husband to contribute to the success of the NPP in the upcoming elections.

In an interview, the Greater Accra Regional Minister expressed excitement about having a Ga-Adangbe community member potentially becoming the second lady of Ghana. He called for support for Mrs. Opoku Prempeh and the Bawumia-Napo ticket.

This visit was not only a significant moment for Mrs. Opoku Prempeh but also a strategic move to mobilize support for the NPP in the Odododiodoo Constituency ahead of the December elections.
