National Democratic Congress(NDC) has issued a stern warning to the IGP James Oppong-Boanu and his officers not to round up innocent Ejura residents to cover up for their deliberate refusal to arrest the real architects behind the killing of Kaaka.

According to National Communication Officer of NDC Sammy Gyamfi, the biggest opposition party is already aware of persons who are complicit in the murder of Kaaka.

Speaking during a visit of NDC national delegation to the bereaved family of Kaaka on Thursday 2 June 2021, Gyamfi said “We are demanding that those who killed kaaka be arrested and prosecuted. We are aware of the bodyguards of Ejura MCE who are allegedly complicit in the murder, arrest them”.

“We’ve followed the eye witness accounts. No attempt should be made to cover up for the murderers. We demand immediate dismissal of MCE of Ejura. Don’t arrest innocent residents, we are monitoring”.
