Fix our deplorable roads-Kyebi-Odumase residents

Residents of Kyebi-Odumase in the East-Akim Municipality of the Eastern Region are pushing for Odumase to Kwesi Komfo deplorable road to be fixed as they give government 2021 deadline.

The bumpy road which links many communities such as Kwesi Komfo, Suhum and others, is currently in bad state.

According to motorists who ply the road, a journey of twenty minutes sometimes takes an hour, damaging their car parts and high consumption of fuel.

Speaking to African Editors, Kwesi Oduro, a driver, insists “government has been dragging its feet when it comes to fixing the road”.

He noted that “government is reluctant to fixing this road and l believe the time to fix it is long-overdue”.
