French Ambassador forced out of embassy in Niger (Video)
Our elders say, “if you close your eyes to facts, you would learn through accident, calamity or disaster”. In what appears to be a peaceful, harmless, diplomatic ejection, subsequent deportation and a joint coup d’etat by both the military and the civilian populace sending strong warning signals to Africa leaders to “wake up”, French Ambassador was forced out of embassy in Niger.
On July 26, 2023, a coup d’état occurred in Niger when the country’s presidential guard detained President Mohamed Bazoum, and Presidential Guard commander General Abdourahamane Tchiani proclaimed himself the leader of a new military junta, shortly after confirming the coup a success.
