Ghana Gas pays courtesy call on Italian Ambassador in Accra
The Head of the Corporate Affairs Division of the Ghana National Gas Limited Company (Ghana Gas) led a delegation to pay a courtesy call on the Italian Ambassador to Ghana, Her Excellency Mrs. Laura Ranalli, at the Italian Embassy in Accra. The Deputy Ambassador, Mr. Gabriel Ubaldo Palermo, was also present at the meeting.

Discussions during the meeting highlighted opportunities for attracting direct investment from Italy into Ghana’s gas sector. The Ghana Gas team emphasized the strategic importance of the sector to Ghana’s industrial growth and energy security, while noting the potential for Italian expertise and capital to support future developments.

The delegation outlined Ghana Gas’ critical role within the country’s energy value chain, providing insights into key capital projects currently being undertaken by the Company. These projects, the team noted, are central to enhancing gas processing capacity, supporting power generation, and driving broader economic growth.

Her Excellency Mrs. Laura Ranalli reaffirmed her commitment to strengthening partnerships between the Italian Embassy and Ghana Gas.
