GPL wk9 wrap: Kotoko bounces back to winning ways, Hearts dump Lions and other scores
Kumasi Asante Kotoko after going three matches without a win, has bounced back strongly against depleted Legon Cities at Dawu by beating them by two goals to one, Franck Mbella getting double for Kotoko and Rahman Abdul got the consolation for th Royals.
Accra Hearts of Oak recorded their second win in the season by beating their city rival Accra Lions by two goals to nil at the Cape Coast Stadium courtesy Kofi Kordzi and Afriyie Barnieh.
At the Dormaa Stadium, League leaders Aduana continued their blistering form by beating regional rival Berekum Chelsea by three goals to two. Emmanuel Gyamfi got a brace before Sam Adams got the other for the Ogya boys.
Ashgold and Great Olympics played out a goalless drawn game at Obuasi.
Also Karela United and Bechem United shared points after playing one all draw at Cam park. Augustine Okrah scored for Bechem before Darlington Gyan Fosu scored a last-minute for the home side.
