Ken Agyapong wins defamation case against Anas

Anas Aremeyaw Anas filed a lawsuit in June 2018, claiming that he had been a victim of libel by Ken Agyepong, which had severely damaged his name, reputation, and image. T

High Court initially dismissed the case, calling Anas a blackmailer, extortionist, corrupt, and a criminal. Anas then appealed to the Supreme Court, arguing that the judge had overstepped his jurisdiction by using such language in the judgment.
