My support for Ofori-Atta’s dismissal caused my defeat –Dr. Adomako Kissi

Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi, the Member of Parliament for Anyaa-Sowutuom, believes that his endorsement of the ‘Ken must go’ campaign may have been a factor in his loss in the recent New Patriotic Party Parliamentary Primaries to Elder Emmanuel Tobbin. Dr. Adomako, who is known for advocating the removal of Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta due to the country’s economic challenges, admitted that while there were multiple factors at play in his defeat, his dissenting stance and support for the ‘Ken must go’ campaign may have contributed to his loss.

He also acknowledged that his backing of the Alan Kyeremanten movement could have played a role in his failure to secure the candidacy for the December polls.
