My Menu IQ

MyMenuIQ™ is a distinctive nutritional guide from Nestlé that gives a measurement of the nutritional quality of each meal with a score out of 100. The higher the score, the better the overall nutritional balance, which is based on increasing variety and diversity, and limiting nutrients of concern like sodium, saturated fat and added sugars. This helps guide you and your family to enjoy well-balanced meals and we can proudly say that all the dishes on the Maggi website have a ‘Good Balance’ score or higher.

Speaking at media engagement in Accra,  Theophilus Afari-Acquah of Nestle Ghana Ltd, told African Editors “Apart from existing 70 dishes at the maggi recipe hub: www.maggi.com.gh, Nestle Ghana Ltd is expected to add additional 90 dishes”.
