OB Amoah withdraws from NPP parliamentary primary in Akuapem South

Osei Bonsu Amoah, the Member of Parliament for Akuapem South and Minister of State-designate at the Ministry of Local Government, has officially withdrawn from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primary scheduled for Saturday, January 27.

In a letter addressed to the NPP, O B Amoah expressed his decision not to seek another term in office and requested that his name be removed from the ballot paper for the upcoming election.

Other notable candidates in the primary include Kwame Ofori-Gyau, Eric Samuel Annor-Mensah, and Frank Aidoo, who currently serves as the Municipal Chief Executive for Akuapem South.
