Prof. Kobby Mensah appointed as CEO of Ghana Tourism Development Company

President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Prof. Kobby Mensah as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Tourism Development Company Limited.

A distinguished expert in tourism marketing and an Associate Professor at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Prof. Mensah brings extensive knowledge and experience to the role.

Prof. Mensah has played a pivotal role in advancing tourism through various initiatives, such as the Destination Legon Tourism Marketing Exhibition, which bridges academic research with industry practice.

His appointment is expected to enhance the strategic growth of Ghana’s tourism sector and further solidify the country’s reputation as a top destination for travelers.
