Richard Kumadoe writes on AI and the revolving cycle
There cannot be an effective functioning AI infrastructure without the Relevant Data, and there cannot be Data without Systems.
Meanwhile, there cannot be systems without application platforms, and there cannot also be systems and applications without appropriate guidelines: accessibility protocols, reviewing regimes and enhanced Cybersecurity efficiencies;
to ensure single or mass disruptions are curtailed, breaches and vulnerabilities are detected and prevented on a real-time network basis.
Is Africa ready for the task ahead, and for the development of a continental economy backed by a successful AI infrastructure culture, especially when CyberCrime, Cybersecurity breaches, and Cyberspace can be weaponised as destructive tools against nations, industry-based activities, and private individuals.
Preparedness and readiness is key in staying abreast with new trends and modernisation of the global crusade of a revolving economy clock system which is driven by AI infrastructure.
