Speaker recalls Parliament to sit November 7.

The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has recalled Parliame to sit on November 7.

In a notice issued by the Speaker’s Office on October 31, Bagbin stated that this action is in accordance with Article 112(3) and Orders 5 and 53 of the House’s Standing Orders.

Bagbin had adjourned the lawmaking house indefinitely after the house was unable to meet quorum needed to take decisions in accordance with the Standing Orders of Parliament.
