TOR probes alleged thieves within

The Interim Management Committee (IMC) of Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) has begun investigations into product storage and transfer losses.

According to the book runners of TOR, the latest probe by the Interim Management Committee is in line with its mandate to “educate or reduce losses to the
barest minimum to enable TOR realise its vast potential”.

A statement signed and issued by the Interim Management Committee on 5 October, 2021 said the “IMC has already discovered the disappearance of 105,927 litres of Gas oil on the 4th of September 2021 which belongs to a BDC client”.
