A Ghana Air Force helicopter crashed in Bonsokrom, a town in the Ahanta West Municipality of the Western Region. According to eyewitnesses speaking to the media, the helicopter, which was carrying 14 individuals, including staff from the Petroleum sector regulators, is now blocked off from public access by Air Force personnel.

The crash happened in a bush near the Bonsokrom community, causing concern among residents. Despite the incident, all personnel and crew onboard the helicopter have been safely rescued by Air Force personnel.
