Court struck out contempt case against Jomoro MP Affo-Toffey

Sekondi High Court has today struck out contempt case against Jomoro Member of Parliament Hon. Dorcas Affo-Toffey.

On the substantive case, the court has directed both parties to file their witness statements within 21 Days and reappear in court 11th April 2022.

The NDC MP Dorcas Affo-Toffey was represented by Lawyer Edudzi Tameklo

The NDC Western Regional Executives were heavily present in court. The regional chairman Nana Toku, Regional Vice Chair Hon. Daniel Eshun, Regional Secretary Joseph Nelson, Regional Communication Officer Richard Kirk-Mensah, Deputy Regional Secretary Charles Kojo Adu-Fordjour , dep Regional Organiser George Bamfo, Deputy Women’s organiser Charllote Cobbinah and the entire Jomoro constituency executives were in court to give the MP moral support.

Counsel for Jomoro MP, Edudzi Tameklo has been speaking to the media after court proceedings.
