Lilwin under pressure to apologise to Martha Ankomah

Renowned filmmaker, Frank Fiifi Gharbin, has urged popular Ghanaian actor, LilWin, to apologize to actress Martha Ankomah for making derogatory remarks about her in public. Gharbin expressed his disappointment in LilWin for publicly criticizing Ankomah instead of handling the issue privately.

In an interview with Hitz FM monitored by African Editors, Gharbin stated that he had initially shared the matter with LilWin in confidence, and was concerned when he discovered that the actor had made it public on social media. Gharbin suggested that Ankomah should partake in their current movie project to showcase the cordial relationship between Ghana and Nigeria in the film industry.

LilWin had previously expressed anger over Ankomah’s refusal to appear in one of his movies and had criticized her for disrespecting the Kumawood film industry. The issue has garnered significant attention on social media, with people sharing their opinions on LilWin’s behavior. Ankomah has not yet responded to LilWin’s comments.
