‘Nobody hijacked NDC, make yourself relevant’- Prof. Joshua Alabi tackles critics

“Nobody hijacked NDC, make yourself relevant, those who understand the game of politics don’t speak this way “, NDC’s Campaign Manager for crucial 2020 polls and First Vice Chancellor of UPSA Prof. Joshua Alabi has said.

According to the former Minister of State in-charge of Greater Accra and Northern Regions Prof. Alabi, every party member who is holding the view that the NDC has been hijacked, should simply make himself available to play a role in ensuring that the party constitute the next government after 2024.

Speaking in an interview monitored by African Editors in Accra, the NDC 2020 polls Flag Bearer Aspirant Prof. Alabi said “Nobody has hijacked the NDC, make yourself relevant, those who understand the game of politics don’t speak this way. For me, making myself relevant is more important for me”.

Prof. Alabi who would not confirm whether he would attempt to lead the biggest opposition party in the race to the presidency in 2024, noted that “In 2024, I have a duty to ensure that my party forms the next government”.
