Choose No.1 –Akufo-Addo rallies UE/R NPP for Bawumia

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has called on the people of the Upper East Region to show their unwavering support for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the upcoming December elections. He emphasized the importance of continuity in governance to maintain the progress and development achieved under his administration.

During his visit to the region, President Akufo-Addo highlighted Dr. Bawumia as a symbol of the hopes and dreams of Ghanaians as the country approaches the polls. He addressed Chiefs and elders, urging voters to select the NPP by marking the number one spot on the ballot paper. The President stressed the significance of choosing a leader who will uphold the policies that have brought relief, advancement, and growth to the nation.

President Akufo-Addo simplified the decision for voters by stating, “This election is a simple one. When you go to the polls, just look for number one—you will see the elephant on number one. You don’t need to go any further”.
