FIFA throws out South Africa’s match-fixing claim

The world football governing body FIFA has thrown out South Africa Football Association(SAFA) protest against Ghana Football Association(GFA) alleging match-fixing in the last group match, hence asking for a replay.

SAFA complained to FIFA over after the World cup qualifier match against Ghana in Cape Coast alleging match-fixing and manipulation, hence asking for a replay.

FIFA after listening to both arguments has quashed the protest, making Ghana genuine winners of group G.

Ghana will now be looking for their opponent if the draw is made later this month and prepare towards it.
