Fulan vs DanceGod: court recommends ADR

Fulan Turkso Entertainment and Laud Anoo Konadu a.k.a DanceGod were in court on Friday, 15th March, 2024 to continue the suit regarding the Ghc 30,000 debt and fraud against DanceGod.

In the Madina District Court, there were heavy exchanges of arguments which drew the attention of many persons in the gallery of the court.

These exchange of arguments led to the Lawyer for DanceGod using vitriolic words on the lawyer for Fulan Turkso Entertainment.

Therefore the court warned the Lawyer for DanceGod to not use abusive words on the Lawyer for Fulan Turkso Entertainment since it is against ethics and practice of the law.

Based on the heated exchange of arguments from both lawyers, the court has recommended ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) to the parties for settlement.

In the event settlement breaks down, the case will continue in court.

Case adjourned to 8th April,2024.
