GPL: Kotoko strikes late to launch new campaign on winning note

Ghanaian Premier League giant, Kumasi Asante Kotoko has begun the 2021-2022 Ghana Premier Leagueague with a win after defeating Dreams FC by 3 goals to one on Saturday at Dawu.

Dreams FC broke the deadlock on the 64minutes through Issahaku Fatawu.

The porcupines kept knocking on the door of Dreams FC until the 83rd minute where Mudasiru Salifu got the equalizer for Kotoko.

They kept pushing and the pressure paid off, Isaac Oppong made it 2-1 for Kotoko in the 87th minutes, be for Lamptey cemented the victory with the 90th minutes goal.

The game ended by three goals to one in favour of the away team Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
