I won’t be Bawumia’s running mate -Ken Agyapong

Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, the MP for Assin Central in the Central Region, has stated that he will not accept any offer to be the running mate of Mahamudu Bawumia, the 2024 presidential candidate of the NPP.

In the NPP presidential primary last year, Bawumia won with 61.47% of the votes, while Agyapong received 37.41%. Agyapong made these statements on the KSM Show on Pan African Television, emphasizing his belief in democracy and his desire to contribute in other ways outside of the vice presidency. He also mentioned that his outspoken nature would make it difficult to be a vice-president, as he values speaking his mind.
