MTN FA Cup: Kotoko falls to Berekum Chelsea on penalties

Kumase Asante Kotoko has today lost to Berekum Chelsea in MTN FA Cup Quarter Finals at Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium in  a 5-4 penalty shoot out.

In a commentary monitored by African Editors on Sunday 25 July 2021, the match between the teams turned competitive as both teams gave their  opponents a run for victory.

However, Berekum Chelsea became the champions after they put up a good fight until the final whistle was blown.

Meanwhile, Kumasi Asante kotoko who suffered a humiliating whip of defeat from Hearts in the Super Clash  has failed to found its foot in the competition till its final fall today.
