Napo is Bawumia’s top choice for running mate –Dr Asah-Asante
Dr. Asah-Asante believes that Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh is the top choice for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s running mate.
He commended Dr. Opoku Prempeh’s competence in various roles and expressed confidence in his ability to enhance Dr. Bawumia’s electoral prospects in the 2024 elections. Dr. Asah-Asante stated that Dr. Bawumia recognizes the strengths and advantages that Dr. Opoku Prempeh brings to the table, making him the preferred candidate for the position.
As of now, Dr. Bawumia has not officially announced his running mate, but speculation is rife about potential candidates including Dr. Opoku Prempeh, Dr. John Kumah, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, Joseph Osei Owusu, Prof. Opoku Onyinah, Chief of Staff Frema Osei Opare, Communications Minister Ursula Owusu Ekulful and Agric Minister Bryan Acheampong.
