SP sworn-in: Breakaway from executive influence- Minority Leader

Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu has charged Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng to live above reproach, walk the talk, remain independent, breakaway from executive interference and influences.

Lawyer Kissi Agyebeng was sworn-in yesterday in the floor of parliament after he received unanimous approval from the Vetting Committee.

The Criminal Law Expert Kissi Agyebeng becomes Ghana’s most youngest and second Special Prosecutor after Martin Amidu who resigned in the run-up to crucial 2020 polls over allegations of political interference from President Akufo-Addo after he exposed corruption in controversial Agyapa Deal.
