We’re probing alleged video of Serwaa Amihere –EIB Network

The management of EIB Network has initiated an independent investigation into the circulation of a private video allegedly featuring one of its employees, Serwaa Amihere.

The company is determined to look into the circumstances surrounding the release of the video and will take appropriate action following the investigation.

In a statement released on Wednesday, April 10, the media company acknowledged the legal action taken by the State against individuals suspected of sharing the video of Serwaa Amihere.

The statement also mentioned that the findings of the independent investigation will be made public once the process is completed, and necessary steps will be taken thereafter.

The video in question, which shows Serwaa Amihere in bed with a man identified as Henry Fitz, went viral on social media recently. Reports suggest that the video was filmed in 2019 before the man got married.

Three individuals, including a filmmaker, a trader, and Henry Fitz, have been charged by the Ghana Police Service for sharing the intimate video of Serwaa Amihere. Charges against them include conspiracy to commit a crime related to the non-consensual sharing of intimate images and sexual extortion.
