Shatta Wale launches Shaxi App

African Dancehall King Charles Nii Armah Mensah, Shatta Wale new initiative Shaxi which has been talked about by many Ghanaians has finally been launched at Alisa on Wednesday, 8th December 2021.

Shaxi is a ride- hailing company that offers the Shaxi mobile App, which you can use to send a trip request that automatically sends Shaxi driver to pick you up after accepting the request.

According to Shatta Wale, as part of his effort to help reduce unemployment, he decided to create something that will allow to Ghanaian youth to get busy. He then pleaded with Ghanaians to embrace it since it’s not for his fans alone.

The One Don hit maker twittered about the Shaxi project within the year and got applause and support from many Ghanaians including Ghanaian Rapper Sarkodie who also Twittered about it..

Ghanaians have been waiting for the App to be launched so they can download it and start using. The wait is over as the App has finally been launched and can easily be accessed on Google Play Store and Appstore.

Many top personalities were present at the event: Former Deputy communication Minister and now Chief Executive Officer of National Youth Authority, Pius Enam Hadzide, social media commentator, Kwame Asare Obeng AKA A Plus, media personalities Nana Aba Anamoah, Serwaa Amihere, Bola Ray, Fella Makafui her husband Medikal and many other celebrities were present.
