Western Regional Communications Officer Richard Kirk-Mensah, popularly known as Don-kirk, has extended warm birthday wishes to H.E. Dr. Maxwell Boakye, affectionately known as PALASCO, describing him as a remarkable friend, brother, comrade and distinguished son of the Western Region. In a heartfelt birthday message, Richard Kirk-Mensah celebrated Dr. Boakye’s contributions to the people of the Western Region and Ghana, particularly his commitment to the development and empowerment of young people.
