Addressing new alumni at the Accra based UPSA, Ofori-Atta said the government payroll is full with not space to absorb further graduates.
“A great many people search for a jobs from government or state institutions. However that payroll is full. I should let you know that since we are spending around 60% of our income on compensating nearly 650,000 individuals, and that isn’t reasonable,” he said.
