Manso Nkwanta seat: Prof. Quarm stages a come-back

Dr. Joseph Albert Quarm has resurfaced to reclaim the parliamentary seat of Amansie West District from the incumbent, Hon Obeng Takyi.

The come-back of the businessman-turned-politician for the enviable seat has been called to play, following his blazing desire to continue with the developmental projects which were executed by him when he was MP for the area.

To give more credence to the foregoing, Dr. Albert Quarm a.k.a “Prof Quarm”, though not in office presently has commenced the grading and reshaping of roads running through communities namely Abrense, Antoakrom, Nsianan, Moseaso, Wioso.

He told the press in an interview that his flaring passion is focused at face-lifting the constituency , especially addressing all bad road networks and make life comfortable for residents.

Prof. Quarm sadly recalled number of roads that were awarded on contract for construction but have were abandoned shortly after loosing the seat.

He assured a continuation of all abandoned projects when vote for again as the Member of Parliament for the area.
