Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta will not present supplementary budget to parliament for the current quarter of the year.

The decision which was reached this week was as result of delays and uncertainties surrounding the exact time some bonds government has to raise will be coming in leading to the decision to put indefinitely on hold the presentation of the mid-year budgets.

In view of this, government took the decision that it was not prudent and much gainful to plan and factor such monies on awaiting lists into government’s expenditure.
