NDC Tema West Parl primaries : Dr. Nene Adams Asafotei vetted

After filing nominations to contest for Tema West seat in the upcoming parliamentary primaries of the opposition NDC, the Financial Economist and Adjunct Lecturer at UPSA Dr. Nene Adams Asafotei has successfully gone through vetting. Dr. Nene Adams Asafotei is battling it out with six other aspirants who intend to become an MP on the ticket of the opposition NDC in Tema West.

But, even before the battleline is drawn, Dr. Nene Adams Asafotei said he is poised to win the internal contest and wrestle the seat from the governing NPP in the 2024 parliamentary elections.

The Tema West seat is currently being occupied by former Deputy Trade and Industry Minister Carlos Ahenkorah. But, even before the battle-line is drawn, Dr. Nene Adams Asafotei has vowed to give his competitors a run for their monies.

Speaking after Tema West NDC vetting, Dr. Nene Adams Asafotei promised to hold grounds against key competitors, warning them not to be overly ambitious.

The Tema West parliamentary aspirant Dr. Nene Adams Asafotei has also been speaking about policies he will implement if elected.
