Super clash: Hearts versu Kotoko match will admit full capacity- NSA

The National Sports Authority( NSA) has given the green light for Hearts Kotoko match to admit a full house of football fans on Sunday.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the NSA has been allowing only 25 percent of football fans into the various football venue.

There have been talks in the local media concerning the percentages given to football clubs as compared to musical concerts.

Hearts wrote the NSA to offer them the opportunity to admit more fans in the match against Great Olympics, but their plea was turned down.

Hearts and Kotoko matches fetch more money in Ghana than any other match. The NSA has been aware of this fact and has decided to lift the restriction so many football-loving fans can watch the match.

In a statement issued on Friday evening, the authority says their decision to allow full capacity was based on consultation with the health practitioners in charge of covid-19.

They also advised the clubs to work hand in hand with the authority Covid-19 team so that all directives will be followed.
