With her ascension to the throne, Mamagah Abla Migbloevor II has wasted no time in addressing key issues such as teenage pregnancy and school dropout rates in the community.

The absence of a queen mother has been felt in the community, hindering progress and development efforts. However, Mamagah Abla Migbloevor II’s appointment has brought renewed hope and optimism to residents, who look forward to a new era of growth under her leadership.

During her first address to the media after her installation, Mamagah Abla Migbloevor II highlighted the importance of tackling teenage pregnancy and school dropout rates, pledging to work closely with Chief Togbe Davor II to address these challenges and uplift the Dededo community.

Chief Togbe Davor II echoed the significance of Mamagah Abla Migbloevor II’s role in driving development projects within the community, emphasizing her timely arrival as a catalyst for progress.

While the installation ceremony was marked by joy and anticipation, concerns were raised about the persistently high rate of teenage pregnancy in the area, emphasizing the need for immediate action. The celebration of Mamagah Abla Migbloevor II’s installation included a ceremonial parade through the town’s streets and the revival of the tradition of Wuwuza, which had been dormant for over four decades.

The presence of chiefs from various traditional areas in the Volta Region at the ceremony highlighted the importance of the event for the people of Dededo.
As Mamagah Abla Migbloevor II steps into her role as queen mother, the community of Dededo eagerly anticipates positive changes and development initiatives that will bring prosperity and progress to their area.
