I See John Mahama winning 2024 Elections – Otumfuo’s Ahenenanahene

The sub-chief of Asantehene, Nana Kwame Mensah-Bonsu, foresees former President John Dramani Mahama recapturing power come December 2024.

Nana Kwame Mensah-Bonsu, the Otumfuo’s Ahenenanahene who hails from the Ashanti Region, the stronghold of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) indicated that, nothing can stop the former leader from recapturing power.

He was speaking with Wednesday, July 18, 2023, with Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah, host of the Angel Morning Show on Angel 102.9 FM which was also live on Angel TV.

A candid perspective from a loyal supporter, the Ahenenanahene admitted voting for president Nana Akuffo-Addo but expressed disappointment in his administration’s performance.

Touching on who should partner the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) flagbearer as a running mate, Nana Kwame Mensah-Bonsu would prefer former Local Government and Rural Development Minister, Kwasi Oppong Fosu as the right person to help John Mahama attain the ultimate.

“In the spirit of unity, I earnestly implore John Mahama to consider Asante for his running mate [and] a personal recommendation, driven by genuine interest,” he stated.
